We have a client. Brand repositioning from start to finish. Same old story – they want to be innovative, unique, loved, and therefore have a bigger share of the market pie.  They are already an important player in their market.
We do our months of work, our internal and external analysis and we find out that they honestly can. You know, stand out. And then by accident they tell us “So, about standing out ..please make it a bit less than the top market players.” Now, that’s miscommunication!

Learning? First question to my next client – “How ‘much’ do you want to stand out when you say you want to stand out?”
